The Identifiers window allows you to enter descriptions for the identifiers you use throughout the MYOB AccountEdge system. For each letter of the alphabet, you can enter a line of text that can be used to group people or companies in your Card File. When you print reports (including mailing labels), you can restrict the reports to print only cards that use a specific identifier or set of identifiers.
When you create a new card using the Card Details view of the Card Information window, you can assign up to 10 identifiers to each card in the Select Identifiers window. For example, you could enter Cash for the letter C in this window; then, for each customer who should pay cash only for their transactions, you could mark C in the Select Identifiers window.
